Sizing
Print Only: The size reflects the full-bleed, edge-to-edge print area, without a mat or border.
Matted Frames: The listed size refers to the frame itself. The print will be slightly smaller and extend to the edges of the mat, with minimal cropping to fit. For prints larger than 14x11", the mat’s width is 2”. For smaller prints, the mat will be 1-1.5” wide.
Frames without Mat: The listed size refers to the frame, and the print will be full-bleed, covering the entire frame without any borders or matting.
Shipping and Returns
Processing Time: Each item is custom-made to order. Orders are processed within 4-7 business days, with shipping times varying based on your location. Most orders arrive within 14 days of purchase.
Packaging: Framed prints and canvases are securely packed and shipped in sturdy, double-wall corrugated boxes. Prints larger than 14x11” are rolled and shipped in a heavy-duty spiral-wound tube for protection.
Returns: Since each piece is carefully crafted upon your order, and because we print locally and on demand, we don’t keep stock. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns. This allows us to offer personalized artwork and maintain sustainability.
Replacement Guarantee: If your print arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
