Prints - Fine art: A 100% cotton rag paper with a classically smooth matt finish and a highly calendered surface. Its 285gsm, acid-free base is perfect for archival fine art photography ensuring lasting beauty and vibrant colours.

Each boxed frame is handcrafted from 100% natural, FSC-certified sustainable hardwood, made by skilled artisans recognized by Guild standards.

Glaze: float glass.

Framed prints are ready to hang straight from the box, featuring a pre-installed hanging kit.

The frames can also be paired with an optional snow-white mat, custom-cut to perfectly fit your chosen print.

For a print-only option, the artwork will be delivered without a frame.

Sizing

• Print Only: The size reflects the full-bleed, edge-to-edge print area, without a mat or border.

• Matted Frames: The listed size refers to the frame itself. The print will be slightly smaller and extend to the edges of the mat, with minimal cropping to fit. For prints larger than 18x12", the mat’s width is 2.4”. For smaller prints, the mat will be 1.4” wide.

• Frames without Mat: The listed size refers to the frame, and the print will be full-bleed, covering the entire frame without any borders or matting.

Shipping and Returns

• Processing Time: Each item is custom-made to order. Orders are processed within 4-7 business days, with shipping times varying based on your location. Most orders arrive within 14 days of purchase.

• Rolled fine art prints sized 200mm or smaller will be sent in an envelope; all other sizes will be sent in a cardboard tube or a cardboard box (EU only). Our rolled fine art prints also come wrapped in tissue paper.

  _Framed & canvas prints - Small-to-medium sized framed and canvas prints come with protective cardboard guards attached to each corner, with additional cardboard secured over the print surface to minimise risk of damage in transit. Each print is then shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box.

  Please note that in addition to the above, large framed and canvas prints are also bubble-wrapped for added protection. We’re actively exploring ways to reduce the use of bubble wrap within our supply chain and, where practicable, use bubble wrap that can be recycled at special collection points.

• Returns: Since each piece is carefully crafted upon your order, and because we print locally and on demand, we don’t keep stock. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns. This allows us to offer personalized artwork and maintain sustainability.

• Replacement Guarantee: If your print arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
